Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

Eligibility Criteria:

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all components included.

• A valid proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Products that are used, installed, damaged, or incomplete are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made or made-to-order products (including all Velrane beds)

• Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with

• Items missing parts, accessories, or original packaging

• Sanitary items, undergarments, or hazardous/flammable materials

Claims for Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may file a claim under the following conditions:

• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

• You must provide:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photo and video proof showing the defect or damage at the time of unboxing

Once verified, we will offer a suitable resolution—either a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Note: Claims submitted after 48 hours or without valid visual proof may not be accepted due to shipping carrier policies.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is received damaged or defective.

• For returns exceeding $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

• Velrane is not liable for lost, damaged, or unconfirmed return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellation Policy

As all Velrane products are custom-made to order, cancellations are time-sensitive:

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

• Cancellations after 12 hours will not be accepted, as the production process begins shortly after the order is confirmed.

We appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows us to maintain the quality and exclusivity of every made-to-order product.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. Once the returned item is received and approved, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
